For most full-time coded employees, the County pays the cost of employee-only coverage for all health plans and the majority of the cost for covering your family members. You can check out the premium rates here.​

Coverage is effective approximately two pay periods from the date your enrollment forms are received by your Employee Service Center.  Effective dates of coverage are not dependent upon your hire date.  You may obtain your effective date of coverage by contacting your Department Service Center​​​.​
